Good things are super expensive...affordable things are super cheap quality....Digital disruption really disturbed the sales team...I don't know how they could forget basics...Knowledge is wealth but basic etiquette of talking to customers and providing experience is all that matters...
Terrible customer service. I ordered area rug 3 weeks ago. At the time of order they told me that it will arrive in 7-10 days. After seven days when I sent an email to get update on status of my order, no response to that email. I called customer service and they said my order got delayed by 7-8 weeks from vendor and I have to check with my local store for clarification. So when I call iselin store they take all information and put me on hold for 15-20 min and after that said some will call back with an update. So far in last 5 days I called them 3 times and waste my 20-30 min on each call but they never call me back ok status of my order. Finally after 3 weeks of waiting just to get update on my delivery date, I just cancel my order.
Awful customer service. I ordered a dining room set over 2 weeks ago. It came without hardware to put it together, I have been getting nothing but a run around since. It is going on the 3rd week now still trying to resolve the issue. I would never buy anything from them again!
Worst ever customer service. These people don't even know the design of their own product. I have been literally waiting for two months just to get the simplest of problems resolved.I ordered a chase and they delivered the wrong product two times. Next time they delivered the sectional in two pieces without having the connecting bars. When asked they said this is a special order and they are not aware of the design. LOL! what kind of a company doesn't know the design of their own product. Next time they had one connecting bar instead of three in spite of me telling them repeatedly that it requires three.I am still waiting for them to fix my chase.I have brought furniture so many times but never seen a store and employees as unique as this.
I'm disappointed in the quality of ALL of their furniture and I recommend shop elsewhere!
I purchased a leather reclining sofa and chair 4 months ago, the stitching has come apart in 4 separate places on the sofa they have come to repair it , but waited 4 weeks for a Saturday appointment so imagine what it looked like by the time they got here! So after continuous complaints and the purchasing the extended service warranty the day I bought the set they have decided to refund me, but that only allows you to pick something else out in their store! Problem is there is nothing I like at all and they only give you 14 days! Yes 14 days!
Hope they have responsible person to respond email and phone msgs.
